My therapeutic approaches  pull from my background as a musician and my own impactful life experiences. I remain committed to helping uncover the underlying causes of what may be holding you back from living a life you thrive in and value. Based on your goals, I am an attachment-based therapist, viewing many of our struggles as a result of unmet needs from the past.  I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and also utlize the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), parts and inner child work (Internal Family Systems), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, positive psychology, and self-compassion exercises. I am also pleased to serve as a certified Trauma Conscious Yoga Teacher, and find connecting to the body in this way as a powerful tool in unearthing and processing difficult experiences.  Most important: I am grateful for the opportunity to get to know you, hear you, and serve as your gentle guide in this journey.
